Artifacts when editing interlaced files

Hello,
I just wondered if anyone knew if this problem is dealt with in TSD2?
I asked in the TSD1.2 board but either nobody knows, or it is impossible to fix.

I only make limited use of TSD so haven't upgraded to TSD2 but would do if it can cure this problem.
