Recording Details window truncating text

Are you sure the EIT details are only truncated in TS-Doctor? Did you check the EPG on your receiver?
I found no problem processing your EIT data. To make sure I checked the EPG with DVB Inspector 1.7.0 and found  the EPG is truncated there, too:

For me it looks like the EPG text is broadcasted truncated. Maybe a bug in the playout center. Seems to be a random problem. Most of the EPG details looking OK.

Not sure at all. Is it possible to display the EPG when playing back a TS file? My recording is done unattended, so I don't have the opportunity to check it in real-time off-air.

Often, because if you switch on your receiver, you want EPG immediately.
