I've capture some analogue video as mpeg2 .ts and loaded it in to TSDoctor to do some basic edits. But what I'd ideally like to do is to save each cut as a seperate video file. Is this possible, even with 3rd party software if I import the .cuts file from TSDoctor?

You can do this in the TS Doctor itself by clicking on the 1,2,3 Button in the bottom-left corner of the window (cutting screen) ;)

I doubt that any 3rd-party software will be able to read the cutting files of the TS Doctor since it's Cypheros own format
but you can simply open it with a text editor like notepad and read out the times manually and then set them in another software as well (it's just a text file that containes cut start and cut end)
